The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

* Kali M. Stoffregen, 18, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Alverado J.L. Martinez, 33, 4739 County Road 436, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of Harrison Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 3200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Hickory Street.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 2800 block of East Main Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 700 block of West Washington Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North High Street.
