JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Amanda D. Eftink, 33, 1031 Corrine St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to yield, causing an accident.

Arrests

* William F. Beggs, 43, of Springfield, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

* David L. Ligons, 57, of Mount Vernon, Ill., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of stealing.

* Jeremiah E. Hamilton, 34, 723 August St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended, failure to stop for posted stop sign, failure to maintain insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 2400 block of Travelers Way.

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1300 block of East Main Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.

Summonses

* Dorothy D. Matlock, 34, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for displaying license plates of another.

* Francis J. Hanks, 59, of Patton, Mo., was issued summonses for failure to drive in a single lane and seat belt violation.

* Corey M. Thomas, 21, 605 E. Adams St. #4 was issued a summons for speeding.

* Dustin E. Umfleet, 23, 508 Greensferry Road, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Steven R. Cobb, 63, 1225 Ashbury Court, was issued a summons for failure to stop for posted stop sign.

* Brandon M. Clodfelter, 21, 111 Rochester Drive, was issued a summons for failure to wear a helmet while operating a motorized bicycle scooter.

* Kali M. Watson, 17, of Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons for driving without operator's license in possession.

* Sarah E. Thompson, 42, 310 Sunset Ridge, was issued a summons for failure to stop for posted stop sign.

* Brittany M. Kimbel, 22, 506 Harrison Drive, was issued a summons for seat belt violation.

* Tonya N. Dougan, 32, 316 East Lane, No. 4, was issued a summons for seat belt violation.

* Devin T. Yamnitz, 17, 3195 County Road 439, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Robert C. Legrand, 24, 1110 Trailridge Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Kylee N. Dalton, 22, 125 Cathy Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Michael R. Evans, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of East Lane.

* An assist was requested in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* An assist was requested in the 800 block of Gerald Street.

* An assist was requested in the 1000 block of Hannah Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 700 block of Strawberry Lane.

* Fraud was reported in the 500 block of Sara Street.
