The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Joshua E. Vallotton, 26, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended and driving on the wrong side of the street.
* Barbara J. Wecker, 65, of Norfolk, Nebraska, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of shoplifting.
* Christopher A. Meehan, 17, 306 Julies Drive, was issued a summons for failure to display license plate and failure to maintain insurance.
* Crystal K. Daniel, 57, 971 Bella Vista, was issued a summons for failure to yield causing a motor vehicle accident.
* Matthew T. Sewing, 20, 1012 County Road 549, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
* Lena R. Clark, 27, 521 Harrison St., was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.
* Theft was reported in the 5600 block of Old Cape Road East.
* Theft was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Theft was reported in the 1000 block of Morton Street.
* Assistance was requested in the 400 block of East Adams Street.
* Assistance was requested in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
* Assistance was requested in the 300 block of North High Street.
* A welfare check was requested in the 300 block of Broadridge Drive.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of Spring View Drive.
* A drug violation was reported in the 700 block of West Independence Street.
* A welfare check was requested in the 300 block of North High Street.
* Harassment was reported in the 1300 block of Apache Avenue
* Keep the peace was requested in the 500 block of Nancy Drive.
* Drug violation was reported in the 900 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North High Street.
