Jackson police report 5/8/14

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Joshua M. Baker, 19, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of stealing and being a minor in possession.

* Rhonda L. Dalton, 44, 426 East Lane, Apt. 2, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of public intoxication.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of Georgia Street.

Summonses

* Richard J. Seabaugh, 55, of Whitewater was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Jennifer M. Beussink, 30, 709 Dallas St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Wanda F. Eggemeyer, 61, 161 Shooter Drive, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Jennifer L. Schroeder, 26, 482 County Road 541, was issued a summons for failure to yield, causing a motor vehicle accident.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the area of South Shawnee Boulevard and Old Cape Road.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 bock of East Lane.
