JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Zachary Payne, 18, 297 County Road 541, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and property damage.

* Kimberley S. Kennon, 50, 2415 Travelers Way, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

* A 14-year-old female was referred to juvenile authorities on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

* Kyle Z. Colyott, 17, 604 Bunker Drive, was issued a summons for property damage.

* Adam R. Burger, 35, 2979 Vista Ridge, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.

* Tara J. Chasteen, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle and failure to provide proof of insurance.

* Rodney T. Seabaugh, 42, 710 Brown St., was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the area of the City Park.

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of Bogey Lane.

* Theft was reported in the 900 block of Clark Street.

* Theft was reported in the 1000 block of Clark Street.

* Theft was reported in the 1000 block of Jessica Street.

* Theft was reported in the 1800 block of Eagle Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 1600 block of Columbia Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of Spring View Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 800 block of Hillcrest Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 2200 block of Winesap Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of Cathy Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 1100 block of Clark Street.

* Theft was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

* Theft was reported in the 1800 block of Eagle Drive.
