The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Darrell W. Jones, 47, 115 S. Farmington Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Nicole D. Phillips, 32, 512 N. Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked, no insurance and failure to properly affix license plates.

Summonses

* Madelyn M. Baker, 17, 1038 Shady Lane, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Pamela K. Akers, 54, 116 Tracy St., No. 5, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Andrew S. Nabors, 23, 161 Oak Creek Drive, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Kyle B. Slinkard, 17, 1024 Hannah St., was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Denise M. Pittman, 48, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Melanie L. Wells, 43, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Kenneth E. Labrot, 26, of Benton, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to show proof of insurance.

* Amanda M. Wheeler, 31, 127 Cedar Circle, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Mary K. Sebastian, 34, 2284 Garrett Lane, No. C, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Monica L. Moore, 20, 312 Melissa Drive, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Christopher A. Maddox, 30, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked, failure to maintain insurance, failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying plates of another.

* A burglary attempt was reported in the 800 block of James Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of West Washington Street.

* Property damage was reported in the area of Oak and Henderson streets.
