The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt

Arrests

* Gavin E. Keller, 20, 204 Cherry St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Jackson warrant.

* Jason C. Harris, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause order for failure to pay fine.

* Kimberly D. West, 46, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended, displaying plates of another vehicle and failure to provide insurance.

Summonses

* Brittany P. Stewart, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while suspended and speed.

* Faye C. Myer, 50, 204 Hempstead Drive, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Wayne C. Walley, 48, 404 Morgan St., was issued a summons for improper parking.

* Lindsey E. Seabaugh, 30, 710 Brown St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Austin H. Miller, 19, 1316 Kimbeland St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Jessica B. Sumner, 28, 827 Corrine St., was issued a summons for failure to vaccinate dogs for rabies.

* Zachary A. Payne, 18, 297 County Road 541, was issued a summons for driving while revoked.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* An assist was requested in the 1900 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Harassment was reported in the 700 block of North Farmington Road.

* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North Hope Street.
