The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Rhonda R. Elliott, 40, of Burfordville was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failing to display headlights.
* Jerry S. Williams, 49, of Puxico, Mo., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear in court.
* Austin E. Abernathy, 19, 160 Weiss Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Cedric J. Lucious, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson city warrant for failure to appear.
* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of alcohol and operating a vehicle without a valid license.
* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of sexual misconduct, third-degree assault and injurious conduct.
* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of sexual misconduct, third-degree assault and injurious conduct.
* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of sexual misconduct, third-degree assault and injurious conduct.
* Bradley Sample, 49, of Cape Girardeau was issued citations for failure to register his vehicle and failing to show proof of insurance.
* A burglary attempt was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.
* Theft was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
* Theft was reported in the 200 block of South Hope Street.
* Theft was reported in the 1700 block of South Hope Street.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of Greensferry Road.
* A 13-year-old girl was taken into protective custody.
