JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Katherine A. Grace, 28, of Carbondale, Ill., was arrested on suspicion for possession of marijuana, possession drug paraphernalia and driving while drug intoxicated.

Arrests

* Devin T. Yamnitz, 17, 3195 County Road 439, was arrested on suspicion for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to use turn signal.

* Christopher L. Brown, 36, 518 Bella Vista Drive, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation.

* Alex C. Bond, 18, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

* David L. Derousse III, 20, 3209 County Road 553, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana under 35 grams.

* Jordan S. Pinkerton, 19, 316 East Lane, No. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

* Cody E. Holmes, 19, 454 Meier Lake Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Andrew M. Kesbergenm 18, 454 Meier Lake Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault and property damage.

* Damon M. Lee-Mathena, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of theft and peace disturbance.

* Jacob W. Morrison, 19, 914 Old Cape Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Cathryn V. Jaco, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of rioting, receiving stolen property, assault, property damage and peace disturbance.

* Angela R. Macke, 37, 190 Silk Tree Circle, No. 49, was arrested on suspicion of assault and peace disturbance.

* Janet L. Payne, 49, 297 County Road 541, was arrested on suspicion of assault and peace disturbance.

Summonses

* Tammy S. Long, 37, 2029, Old Toll Road, No. 18, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Carl E. Archer II, 19, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Alexandria T. Lawrence, 18, 1104 Old Cape Road, was issued a summons for a leash law violation.

* Domonique D. Smith, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with an expired license.

* Tiffany Johnson, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.

* Jordan S. Pinkerton, 19, 316 East Lane, No. 1, was issued a summons for littering.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of Greensferry Road.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 2300 block of Old Orchard Road.

* An assist was requested in the 200 block of North Missouri Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Clark Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Blanche Street.
