JACKSON
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Amy R. Ortiz, 30, of Farmington, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana under 35 grams, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and distribution of a controlled substance.
- Kenneth R. Pair, 53, 924 Old Cape Road, No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.
- Michelle K. Burmeister, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
- A 15-year-old boy was referred to juvenile authorities on suspicion of assault.
Summonses
- Betty C. Coomer, 49, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a vehicle and displaying the plates of another.
- Shaun M. Varro, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.
- Joshua D. Caputo, 34, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a sumons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Ashley N. Espinoza, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Tracee A. Blackmon, 24, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, displaying the plates of another and failure to maintain insurance.
- Dylan P. Sparks, 23, of Millersville was issued a summons for seat-belt violation.
- Dewayne E. Bowling, 42, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- William B. Wilkens, 27, of Old Appleton was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Jeremy D. Pride, 20, of Jackson was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended and failure to register a motor vehicle.
