Jackson police report 5/10/16

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Amy R. Ortiz, 30, of Farmington, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana under 35 grams, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and distribution of a controlled substance.
• Kenneth R. Pair, 53, 924 Old Cape Road, No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.
• Michelle K. Burmeister, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• A 15-year-old boy was referred to juvenile authorities on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

• Betty C. Coomer, 49, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a vehicle and displaying the plates of another.
• Shaun M. Varro, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.
• Joshua D. Caputo, 34, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a sumons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Ashley N. Espinoza, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Tracee A. Blackmon, 24, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, displaying the plates of another and failure to maintain insurance.
• Dylan P. Sparks, 23, of Millersville was issued a summons for seat-belt violation.
• Dewayne E. Bowling, 42, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• William B. Wilkens, 27, of Old Appleton was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Jeremy D. Pride, 20, of Jackson was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Assault

• An assault was reported in the 1500 block of Lilac Lane.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 3200 block of Old Cape Road.
• Theft was reported in the 400 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Dorothy Drive.
• An assist was requested in the 1600 block of Lee Avenue.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Ridge Road.
• Found property was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A fireworks violation was reported in the 2300 block of Garrett Lane.
• An assist was requested in the 1900 block of Lee Avenue.
• A court-order violation was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.
• Property damage was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.
• A court-order violation was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 900 block of East Main Street.
• Fraud was reported in the 2300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
