  • Raynisha L. Jones, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.
  • Carrie L. Bell, 30, 3201 Old Cape Road, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked, possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Andrew T. Laxton, 33, 111 E. Madison St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
  • Richard M. Hacker, 32, 1117 E. Jackson Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Candace D. Brewer, 30, 711 W. Washington St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant.
