The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Lisa E. Chenler, 45, 176 Andesite Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to display headlights.

Summons

* Johnthan A. McNeil, 29, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, operating a motor vehicle without license plates and failure to maintain insurance.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of Broadridge Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

Miscellaneous

* A request to speak was made in the 400 block of East Lane.

* A request to speak was made in the 600 block of Oak Street.

* A request to speak was made in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* An assist was requested in the 1000 block of North High Street.

* An assist was requested in the area of Abbie Court.

* An assist was requested in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

* A welfare check was requested in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.

* Harassment was reported in the area of City Park.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Bast Street.

* Disturbing the peace was reported in the 500 block of Harrison Drive.
