The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Shawn D. Stockard II, 20, 502 Hidden Meadows Drive, was issued a summons for property damage.

* Natalie R. Jones, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Joshua C. Lynn, 26, of Holcomb, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to affix front license plate.

* Linda K. Lawrence, 61, 1010 North Street, was issued summonses for displaying license plates of another vehicle and failure to use child safety seats.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1600 block of Lee Avenue.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 1300 block of Brandom Street.

* An assist was requested in the 900 block of Independence Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
