ArrestsRichard DeWayne Holden, 32, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Shannon County warrant for failure to appear in court and Poplar Bluff warrants for property damage and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Matt Joseph Fanning, 25, of 310 N. Pacific St., Apt. 2, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.
William Alan Kern, 24, of Mound City, Ill., was arrested for stealing Sunday at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
Travis Sintell Turner, 20, of 156 E St. was arrested Sunday for possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
Matthew Cantu, 38, of 3208 Themis St. was arrested Sunday for misdemeanor domestic assault.
