Arrests

  • David L. Gilman, 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while his operator's license was revoked.
  • Kevin R. Campbell, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing and public intoxication.

Summonses

  • David W. Davidson, 51, of Jackson was issued a summons for parking on park grass.
  • Robert A. Bailey, 28, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
  • David L. Gilman, 27, of Jackson was issued a summons for turn-lane violation.
  • Kaileigh J. Huckabee, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stop-sign violation.
  • Sandra L. Bloom, 57, of Millersville was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Stacy L. Lucas, 40, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for stop-sign violation.
  • Robert T. R. King, 24, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while his operator's license was revoked.
  • LaShawnna R. Whitehead, 22, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
  • Jaime G. Amado, 31, of Fulton, Missouri, was issued a summons for allowing an unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Aryann M. McDonald, 21, of Fulton, Missouri, was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license and displaying the plates of another.

Thefts

  • Thefts were reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard, the 1400 block of Highland Drive and the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • Identity theft was reported in the 1800 block of Watson Drive.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 2200 block of Oak Street and in the area of Parkview Street.

Miscellaneous

  • Check the welfare was requested in the 200 block of East Main Street and the 1500 block of Oak Street.
  • Fraud was reported in the 1000 block of Nancy Drive.
  • Peace disturbances were reported in the 500 block of Harrison Drive and in the area of West Adams Street and South Union Avenue.
