The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Latasha M. Harrell, 33, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson municipal warrant for failure to appear on original charges of speed and operating a motor vehicle without an operator's license in possession.

Summonses

* Renee L. Brown, 43, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for fail to maintain single lane.

* Jason L. Vaughn, 29, 411 Kies Ave. was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

* Collin G. Peters, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the area of the city park.

* An assist was requested in the 1300 block of Wedgewood Drive.

* An assist was requested in the area of North Maryland and East Main streets.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 400 block of Kies Avenue.

* Harassment was reported in the 1300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Kies Avenue.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North High Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Old Cape Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 2400 block of Stotler Way.
