The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for unlawful use of a weapon and assault.

Summonses

* Matthew T. Abbott, 44 of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Christopher L. Franklin, 27, 113 S. Farmington Road, was issued a summons for operating a vehicle without a valid operator's license.

* Trena E. Novak, 71, of Benton, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Brooke N. Long, 21, 217 S. Bast St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Jonathan K. Rockhill, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and trailer.

* Sandra L. Schnicker, 48, 222 Harmony Lane, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
