The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Michelle K. Burmeister, 33, 950 W. Adams St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Summonses

* Randy A. Wynn, 29, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Savanna T. Staples, 20, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Connie L. Hernandez, 54, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Leslie A. Orrell, 42, 806 Andrew St., was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of Cedar Street.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 2900 block of East Main Street.
