The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Richard P. Mackiewicz, 26, 244 Shawneetown Road, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

• Samantha N. Godfrey, 22, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
• Ashley N. Dunn, 26, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without an operator's license in possession.
• Tonya L. Castro, 39, of Millersville was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
• Trevor P. Goodson, 21, of Jackson was issued a summons for property damage.
• Kasey D. Rutherford, 26, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to use a signal.
• William G. Frame, 30, of Jackson was issued a summons for displaying the plates of another.
• Tracee A. Blackman, 24, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.
• Patrick D. McGill, 34, of Cape GIrardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, displying the plates of another and a seat-belt violation.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 700 block of West Adams Street.

• Identity theft was reported in the 500 block of Berchman Street.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Francis Drive.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the area of Oak Street and Broadridge Drive.
• Harassment was reported in the 200 block of South Russell Avenue.
• Harassment was reported in the 800 block of South Hope Street.
• Identity theft was reported in the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2400 block of North High Street.
• Trespassing was reported in the 2200 block of Garrett Lane.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Otto Drive.
