Jackson police report 4/16/13

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* David A. Miller, 18, of Whitewater was arrested for driving while intoxicated, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to stop at a red light.

Arrest

* Tracey R. Lawrence, 40, 1010 North St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Summons

* Robert T.R. King, 22, 1145 Shady Lane, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 4800 block of Old Cape Road.

Miscellaneous

* Check the welfare was requested in the area of South Georgia Street.

* An assist was requested in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
