The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

• Timothy I. Moore, 61, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.
• Evan E. Hunt, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• William B. Simmons, 38, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Gerald W. Jones II, 48, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without an operator's license in possession.
• Yasheena C. Faught, 32, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Thomas E. Jaster II, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Theresa C. Seiler, 31, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Stephanie B. Grant, 49, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Yasheika Y. Lee, 38, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for displaying the plates of another.
• Alex R. Seiler, 27, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Jayne R. Erwin, 54, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat belt violation.
• Blake D. Pohlman, 29, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
• Kristin M. Schuchart, 24, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to maintain insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

• Thefts were reported in the 600 block of Kasten Drive and the 600 block of Connie Drive.
• Thefts were reported in the 200 block of North Farmington Road and the 600 block of West Washington Street.

Burglaries

• Burglary was reported in the 400 block of West Main Street.
• Burglary attempt was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the area of East Main Street and North Shawnee Boulevard.
• Property damage was reported in the 200 block of Pioneer Orchard Road.

Miscellaneous

• Assists were requested in the 300 block of North Neal Street, 1700 block of South Hope Street, 900 block of West Independence Street, 600 block of Broadridge Drive and 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A court-order violation was reported in the 1700 block of South Hope Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
• Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Canyon Trail, the 100 block of West Main Street, and the 600 block of West Adams Street.
• Fraud was reported in the 700 block of East Jefferson Street and 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Trespassing was reported in the 600 block of Canyon Trail.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Broadridge Drive and in the area of North Lacey Street.
• Domestic disturbances were reported in the 800 block of East Independence Street, 1500 block of Bel Air Drive, 300 block of Broadridge Drive and the 600 block of West Adams Street.
• Fraud was reported in the 1400 block of Normandy Lane and the 2000 block of Otto Drive.
• Check the welfare was requested in the area of Independence Street and North High Street.
• Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
