JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Norman Ertman, 72, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Damien A. McElhaney, 26, 824 E. Jackson Blvd., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on original charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to maintain insurance, a seat-belt violation and failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Brittany N. Pagano, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.
• Dana R. Jones, 25, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest by flight and careless and imprudent driving.

Summonses

• Bryan R. Yamnitz, 35, of Jackson was issued a summons for displaying the plates of another.
• Morgan C. Garcia-Schultz, 19, of Fredericktown, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Ryan W. Yamnitz, 49, of Jackson, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
• Lindsey E. Seabaugh, 32, of Jackson was issued a summons for illegal parking.
• Ronica A. Washington, 34, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for illegal parking.
• Nathan D. Ruopp, 35, of Jackson was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
• Molly T. O'Hara, 39, of Jackson was issued summonses for a stop-sign violation and speeding.
• Brent M. Stolzer, 32, of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, was issued a summons for illegal parking.

Assault

• Assault was reported in the 300 block of East Washington Street.

Thefts

• Identity theft was reported in the 1200 block of Broadridge Drive.
• Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.
• Identity theft was reported in the 1800 block of Bainbridge Road.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
