Jackson police report 3/28/10

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Lawrence R. Robideau, 33, 885 State Highway Z, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license, speeding and endangering the welfare of a child.

Summonses

* Misty G. Mayberry, 29, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was issued a summons for affray.

* Jennifer C. Myers, 23, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 1200 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 900 block of Aspen Drive.

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 300 block of North Missouri Street

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Farmington Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of High Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Missouri Street.

* Trespassing was reported in the 100 block of South Neal Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 200 block of Tracy Street.
