The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for stealing and property damage.

* Bernard C. Cruz, 18, 610 Odus Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on original charges of possession of marijuana, affray and possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

* Matthew W. Carmack, 23, 234 Hidden Meadows Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Summonses

* Meghan E. Field, 25, 744 Wedge Lane, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Lisa K. Hooe, 46, 1576 Watson Drive, was issued a summons for stop-sign violation.

* Austin R. Gribler, 17, 17100 Highway 177, was issued summonses for seat-belt violation and no valid operator's license.

* Matthew S. Lathum, 18, 2434 Travelers Way, was issued a summons for stop-sign violation.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 1900 block of Watson Drive.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 300 block of East Lane.

* An assist was requested in the 200 block of North Missouri Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 700 block of Eastview Court.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 1700 block of South Hope Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 699 block of Oak Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 100 block of Nite Hawk Lane.
