The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Ryan D. Miller, 22, of Qulin, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Summonses

* Derek K. Storck, 40 364 Quail Ridge Road, was issued summonses for failure to provide insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Tylin R. Mayberry, 20, 117 Binghampton Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Harvey D. Brown Jr., 22 of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Candida D. Prater, 41, 930 E. Main St., No. 2, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* David J. Huffman, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Yamani E. Brown, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Sally M. Steuerwald, 51, of Patton was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation and speeding.

* Bradley W Gaines, 27, 2935 County Road 349, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Megan O. Siebe, 26, Sedgewickville, as issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Richard D. Miller, 37, of Annapolis, Mo., was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation and speeding.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 900 block of Greensferry Road.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the area of Donald Street and Woodland Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the 2200 block of Bent Creek Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A weapons violation was reported in the 900 block of Greensferry Road.

* An assist was requested in the 1700 block of Mulberry Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 900 block of West Main Street.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
