* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for stealing.

* Miranda L. Adair, 19, 602 Washington St., was issued a summons for assault.
* Alexander L. Hamilton, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued summonses for failure to maintain insurance and speeding.
