The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Alex P. Hodges, 20, 2375 Litz Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

* Charles J. Green Jr., 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Summonses

* Eric E. Bennett, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.

* Beth A. Seesing, 33, 1044 Aspen Drive, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.

* John L. Sievers, 57, 716 W. Adams St., was issued a summons for failure to drive on the right side of the roadway.

* Chad R. Noland, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Laruen E. Stegeman, 22, of O'Fallon, Mo., was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Derek B. Friese, 32, 221 E. Washington St., was issued a summons for failure to show proof of insurance.

* Philbert E. Jordan, 48, 936 State Highway F, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Toby D. Cook, 43, of Millersville, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 900 block of West Indepedence Street.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of South Lacey Street.
