The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Mariena N. Conrad, 20, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Jessica J. Payne, 32, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Jessica Q. Marshall-Shemwell, 35, 427 Oak Hill Road, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Leah M. Holshouser, 21, 480 County Road 345, was issued a summons for displaying the plates of another.

* Stephanie L. Heider, 39, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Haylee S. Moyers, 20, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Wallace R. Dodge, 47, 3515 Eastwood Drive, was issued a summons for a stop sign violation.

* Sherri D. Malone, 44, 1590 Trevino Drive, was issued a summons for a stop sign violation.

* Andrew A. Mann, 19, 2197 Old Toll Road, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 2800 block of South Old Orchard Road.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 800 block of East Independence Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 1800 block of Bogey Lane.
