The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Michael L. Strange, 40, 150 Hendrix Tulip Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on charges of failure to show insurance and driving while suspended.

* Michael C. Daniels, 22, 215 Marigold St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* J.J. Cooper, 29, 119 S. Hope St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause order.

* Logan K. Wilson, 25, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on a St. Charles warrant.

Summonses

* Lee A. Wright IV, 23, of Cairo, Ill., was issued summonses for driving while suspended and displaying plates of another.

* Jared R. Wages, 25, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to maintain insurance and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

* Angela J. Duke, 48, of Jackson was issued summonses for neglect of a child and endangering the welfare of a child.

* Erin M. Borgfield, 39, 45 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Chenecia Aldridge, 26, of Jackson was issued summonses for child restraint violations.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of Rosamund Street.

* Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Old Cape Road.

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of Old Cape Road.

* Theft was reported in the 900 block of East Jefferson Street.

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.

* Theft was reported in the 2300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of West Adams Street.

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of Donna Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of South Russell Street.

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of Stotler Way.

Miscellaneous

* A request to speak was made in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

* An assist was requested in the 1600 block of Voyager Court.

* A welfare check was requested in the 300 block of Florence Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 2100 block of Ridge Road.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the area of Old Cape Road and Kies Avenue.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* A welfare check was requested in the 700 block of West Jefferson Street.

* Tampering was reported in the 1000 block of Aspen Drive.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.
