JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Robert A. Bailey, 29, of Scott City was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear in court on a show-cause order.
• Marc D. Whiteside, 27, 1225 Brandom St., was arrested on suspicion of assault and peace disturbance.

Summonses

• Megan E. Goncher, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for displaying plates of another vehicle and failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Conrad C. Bonney, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Miscellaneous

• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of East Main Street.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 2600 block of Mansfield Place.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 2200 block of Garrett Lane.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A drug violation was reported in the area of Orchard Drive and North West Lane.
