Arrests

  • Larry B. Schuler, 38, 1000 Aaron Drive, was arrested on a St. Charles County, Missouri, warrant.
  • Michael L. Chambers, 34, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
  • Keith P. Lipps, 42, 320 Henderson St., was arrested on suspicion of two counts of domestic assault. He was charged with two counts of third-degree, misdemeanor domestic assault.

  • Arizbeth B.M. Hahn, 36, of Jackson was issued summonses for no valid license, failure to maintain insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Christine E. Beardslee, 37, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
  • Michael L. Chambers, 34, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued summonses for displaying plates of another vehicle, failure to register a motor vehicle and a seat-belt violation.
  • Ashley N. Chambers, 33, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

Assault

  • Assault was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

  • An assist was requested in the 200 block of North Georgia Street.
  • A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of East Main Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of West Adams Street.
  • A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Henderson Street.
  • Fraud was reported in the 500 block of Goodson Drive.
  • A weapons violation was reported in th 1400 block of Briarwood Street.
