Jackson police report 2/17/14

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Heather J. Harris, 25, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause order.

* Samantha M. Ford, 17, 909 W. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for a drug violation.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for an assault.

* Zachary J. Carpentier, 21, 320 Morgan St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of assault.

* Shawon L. Egson, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license was revoked.

* Benjamin R. Davis, 33, of Bertrand, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant.

* Jeffery D. Murry, 28, 426 East Lane, No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked.

Summonses

* Kristen L. Bailey, 32, 1957 County Road 349, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Ryan J. Kelley, 20, 1046 Jessica St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Justin L. McKee, 23, 263 County Road 347, was issued summonses and driving while suspended and speeding.

* Patricia L. Huber, 64, 4935 Highway 72, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation

* Charles D. Davis, 32, 219 W. Mary St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Kelly A. Kennedy, 30, of Patton, Mo., was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to maintain insurance and displaying the plates of another.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault.

* Robert W. Penrod, 33, 502 N. Neal, was issued a summons for stop-sign violation.

Burglary

* A burglary attempt was reported in the 900 block of Kimbel Lane.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of Whetstone Way.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 200 block of South Bellevue Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 200 block of Greensferry Road.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Whetstone Way.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 100 block of East Park Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 2200 block of Garrett Lane.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of East Park Street.

* An assist was requested in the 700 block of Rosamund Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 300 block of Washington Street.
