Jackson police report 2/15/13

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Justin K. Lane, 28, 1204 Highland Drive, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

* Lancelot W. McGuire, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for assault.

Summonses

* April R. Crites, 22, 957 W. Independence St., Lot 48, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Shawn R. Kinsey, 35, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign and failure to maintain insurance.

* John M. Hitte, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to show proof of insurance and speed.

* Tara P. Bowers, 39, 210 S. Bellevue St., was issued a summons for a dog at large.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the area of the City Park.

* An 11-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of theft.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1400 block of Mohawk Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of Florence Street.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 500 block of North Russell Avenue.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 600 block of Jackson Trail.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Highland Drive.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North Missouri Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 600 block of Kasten Drive.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of South Russell Street.

* A 16-year-old boy and three 13-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance.
