Jackson police report 12/9/12

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Anthony Q. Carter, 46, 2094 Old Toll Road, No. 24, was arrested on a Jackson warrant.

* William R.D. Porter, 49, 924 Old Cape Road, No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana.

Summonses

* MacKenzie Snider, 22, of Glenallen, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Veda P. Schwab, 56, 2310 County Road 435, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Cheryl A. Seabaugh, 38, 4583 State Highway 72, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 1400 block of Tanglewood Drive.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the area of West Main Street.

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of Francis Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Keep the peace was requested in the 700 block of Oak Street.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Main Street.

* Request to speak was reported in the 500 block of North Oak Hills Drive.

* An assist was requested in the area of North Missouri and Cherry streets.

* Request to speak was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 1300 block of Boxwood.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of North High Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
