- Virginia L. Sickels, 53, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.
Summonses
- Lee A. Davis, 47, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
- Leah C. Shaw, 42, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Amy S. Baker, 30, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for displaying plates of another vehicle.
Miscellaneous
- Peace disturbance was reported in the 2300 block of North High Street.
- Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1100 block of Old Cape Road.
