JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• William J. Penrod, 35, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Summonses

• Charles B. Strop, 21, of Oran was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Chrislyn A. Leipold, 33, of Jackson was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.
• Jason A. Clark, 34, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and a stop-sign violation.

Theft

• Identity theft was reported in the 1200 block of Bel Air Drive.

Assault

• An assault was reported in the 200 block of Daisy Avenue.

Miscellaneous

• An assist was requested in the 200 block of Oak Creek Drive.
• An assist was requested in the area of Cambridge Road and Route D.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Jackson Trail.
