* Linda K. Lawrence, 61, 1010 North St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.

* Sean M. Daugherty, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for a charge of possession of marijuana.

Summonses

* Landon J. Martin, 29, 1528 Rosebud Drive, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Leisa A. Floyd, 52, 3612 Kidron, was issued a summons for a stop sign violation.

* Lameeka A. Waters, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle.

* Gina M. Crabtree, 28, 2345 Garrett Lane, Apt. E, was issued a summons for improper signal.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of Dallas Street.

* Theft was reported in the 2200 block of Watson Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
