The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

* Jean M. Harker, 45, 112 E. Mary St., was issued a summons for stealing.

* Michelle A. Dixon, 34, 131 Bast St., was issued summonses for allowing a dog to run at large and cruelty to animal/neglect.

* Timothy G. Maklary, 29, 604 W. Main St., Apt. 4, was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying plates of another.

* Nina L. Davis, 46, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for displaying plates of another.

* Mariana Connell, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Miscellaneous

* Check the welfare was requested in the 300 block of Whetstone Way.

* An assist was requested in the 100 block of Tracy Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 200 block of South Union Avenue.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of North Russell Avenue.
