  • Randy A. Noce, 28, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of intentionally inhaling insolvents, assault on a law enforcement officer and stealing.
  • Justin W. Coleman, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

  • Benjamin S. Johnson, 29, of Jackson was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
  • Ruth A. Warner, 55, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
  • Kayla D. Holshouser, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Justin W. Coleman, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for displaying plates of another, failure to maintain insurance and a seat-belt violation.
