  • Charles R. Meeker, 30, of Tilsit was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Seth N. Harper, 17, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams.
  • Jacob J. Smith, 18, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Antoine C. Collier, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

  • Destynnie H. Cotner, 22, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Christen M. Conklin, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
  • Russell A. Whitlock, 60, of Jackson was issued a summons for hindering prosecution.
  • James K. Rhodes, 79, of Jackson was issued a summons for hindering prosecution.
