The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Charles R. Meeker, 30, of Tilsit was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Seth N. Harper, 17, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams.
• Jacob J. Smith, 18, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
• Antoine C. Collier, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

• Destynnie H. Cotner, 22, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Christen M. Conklin, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
• Russell A. Whitlock, 60, of Jackson was issued a summons for hindering prosecution.
• James K. Rhodes, 79, of Jackson was issued a summons for hindering prosecution.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 1300 block of Lilac Lane.
• Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.
• Theft was reported in the 200 block of South Bellevue Street.

Miscellaneous

• Drug violation was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the area of Kies Avenue and Old Cape Road.
• Check the welfare was requested in the area of Brittany Drive and East Jackson Boulevard.
• Trespassing was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 100 block of Tracy Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 400 block of White Oak Street.
• An assist was requested in the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.
• An assist was requested in the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.
