Arrest

• Joshua D. Crook, 22, 1210 Pawnee Ave., was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

Summons

• Charles W. Vaughan Jr., 38, of Carmi, Illinois, was issued a summons for stop-sign violation.

Theft

• Theft reported in the 1400 block of Old Cape Road.

• Found property was reported in the 500 block of Greensferry Road.
• Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Brown Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 700 block of Corrine Street.
• A weapons violation was reported in the 1800 block of Mulberry Street.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the area of Dogwood Avenue and South Farmington Road.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the area of West Park Street.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Clark Street.
• Fight in progress was reported in the area of Parkview Street and Hubble Ford Road.
• Welfare check was requested in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
