  • Nicholas A. Keser, 20, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
  • David B. Lamburth, 42, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for speeding and stop-sign violation.
  • Mark E. Whittaker, 61, of Sturdivant, Missouri, was issued a summons for illegal parking.

  • Theft was reported in the 800 block of South Hope Street.
  • Theft was reported in the 200 block of South Union Avenue.
  • Theft was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

  • Keep the peace was requested in the area of Oak Street and North Farmington Road.
