The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Michael D. Bell, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause order.

Summonses

• Nicholas A. Keser, 20, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• David B. Lamburth, 42, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for speeding and stop-sign violation.
• Mark E. Whittaker, 61, of Sturdivant, Missouri, was issued a summons for illegal parking.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 800 block of South Hope Street.
• Theft was reported in the 200 block of South Union Avenue.
• Theft was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

Miscellaneous

• Keep the peace was requested in the area of Oak Street and North Farmington Road.
• A court-order violation was reported in the 400 block of White Oak Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 1000 block of Aspen Drive.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 2800 block of Clover Drive.
• Check the welfare was requested in the area of East Jackson Boulevard and Wedekind Street.
• An assist was requested in the 1200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 1000 block of Aspen Drive.
• Drug violation was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 700 block of Wedge Lane.
• An assist was requested in the 500 block of North Oak Hill Road.
