Arrests

  • Barrett C. Hoover, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of resisting a lawful detention by fleeing.
  • Todd D. Whaley, 46, 1101 Old Cape Road, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Summons

  • Tyler P. Hawn, 51, of Jackson was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

Thefts

  • Theft was reported in the 700 block of North Farmington Road.
  • Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • Property damage was reported in the 100 block of North Union Avenue.

Miscellaneous

  • Peace disturbances were reported in the 1000 block of North High Street; in the area of Vera Wagner Drive; in the 500 block of North Russell Avenue; in the 3700 block of Shalom Street; and in the area of Hillcrest Drive.
  • Domestic disturbances were reported in the 200 block of Elm Street; in the 300 block of Broadridge Drive; and in the 300 block of Shawnee Circle.
  • A fight in progress was reported in the area of Broadridge Drive.
  • A fight in progress was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • Keeping the peace was requested in the 200 block of Henderson Street.
  • Tampering was reported in the 1500 block of Watson Drive.
  • A drug violation was reported in the 700 block of West Main Street.
  • Fraud was reported in the 100 block of Shawnee Boulevard.
  • Fraud was reported in the 300 block of Florence Street.
