Arrest

• Damiel L. Cook, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and being a minor in possession by consumption.

Summonses

• Jacob K. Stephens, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Jason L. Greer, 32, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Glenn D. Allen, 50, of St. Louis was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Jason A. Clark, 33, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Amanda K. Odell, 26, of Jackson was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.
