The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

• Seth C. Riehn, 20, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Nicholas G. Kramer, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Christopher K. Koch, 17, of Jackson was issued a summons for displaying the plates of another.
• John H. Jungers, 29, of Scott City was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.
• Hailey L. Meyr, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Kelsey J. Johnson, 28, of Oran, Missouri, was issued summonses for failure to stop at posted stop sign and speeding.
• Thomas M. Nigro, 28, of Jackson was issued summonses for displaying the plates of another and failure to provide proof of insurance.
• Elaine L. Fraser, 21, of Jackson was issued summonses for displaying the plates of another and failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Dante W. Vandeven, 19, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Russell L. Bashan, 20, of Millersville was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.
• Florentine Hernandez, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license, speeding, failure to drive in a single lane and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

Miscellaneous

• Fraud was reported in the 2300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.
• Domestic disturbance was reported on Wimbledon Drive.
