Jackson police report 10/31/13

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Ashley N. McGuirk, 34, 315 East Lane, No. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant on an original charge of improper registration.

* Tracy R. Lawrence, 41, 315 East Lane, No. 3, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.

* Lindsay R. Moore, 20, 724 E. Main St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.

* Zachary A. Payne, 19, 297 County Road 541, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Lancelot W. McGuire, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for escape from custody charge.

* Joshua M. Baker, 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and stealing.

Summonses

* Irene L. Comstock, 33, 110 W. Mary St., No. 4, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Kendall L. Townsend, 18, 1305 Apache Lane, was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying plates of another.

* Casey S. Stoffregen, 27, 404 Greensferry Road, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

* Samantha N. King, 31, 730 W. Washington St., Apt. A, was issued summonses for driving while revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Samantha P. Filer, 22, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* William A. Scofield, 17, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Vanessa S. Davis, 55, 2409 Oak St., was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

Assaults

* Assault was reported in the 400 block of West Main Street.

* Assault was reported in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1400 block of Orchard Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the area of Odus Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported in the area of Annette Lane and Goodson Drive.

* Fraud was reported in the 700 block of West Main Street.

* Trespassing was reported in the 1500 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 4600 block of Greenwood Circle.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 700 block of Oak Street.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 4600 block of Greenwood Circle.
