The Jackson Police Department has released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Kelbie B. Rodgers, 21, 2090 Old Toll Road, Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant and a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Summonses

* Jessica L. Houston, 28, of Jackson was issued summonses for public nuisance and animal neglect.

* Kiarra N. Payne, 23, of Jackson was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

* Dennis D. Jones II, 29, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop sign violation.

* Krystal L. Koehler, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Carmen E. Smith, 40, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, displaying the plates of another and failure to maintain insurance.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of Broadridge Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of Rolling Fields Drive.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 1000 block of Old Cape Road.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 500 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.

* Harassment was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Keep the peace was requests in the 600 block of Jackson Trail.
