Jackson police report 10/11/16

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• John E. Wilkinson, 59, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to yield, causing a motor-vehicle accident.

Arrest

• Jennifer L. Knight, 45, of Sac City, Iowa, was arrested on a Jackson municipal warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause order.

Summonses

• David T. Brown, 37, of Marion, Illinois, was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended and speed.
• Jeremy D. West, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.
• Susan R. Scott, 49, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for seat-belt violation.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 300 block of Emma Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the area of Vera Wagner Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Court-order violation was reported in the 700 block of Eastview Court.
