The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Kelci L. Keith, 24, 1413 N. Farmington Road, was arrested on suspicion of assault and hindering police investigation.
* Joshua W. Wilson, 32, 421 W. Adams St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of operating a motor vehicle with operator's license revoked or suspended.
* Jarrett M. Ford, 34, 512 Michael Anna St., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.
Summons
* Trena L. Lawrence, 38, of Jackson was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.
* John G. Briggs, 58, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle and display plates of another.
* Kayla M. Herrera, 23, of Jackson was issued a summons for hindering prosecution.
* Hikeem J. Shaw, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
Thefts
* Theft was reported in the area of South Russell and West Adams streets.
* Theft was reported in the 1300 block of Lenco Avenue.
Assault
* An assault was reported.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 100 block of East Jefferson Street.
* Property damage was reported in the area of City Park.
Miscellaneous
* An assist was requested in the 1300 block of Greenleaf Avenue.
* An assist was requested in the 800 block of Eastview Court.
* Check the welfare was requested in 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
* Check the welfare was requested in 1000 block of Greensferry Road.
* Harassment reported in 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
* Keep the peace was requested in 600 block of Jackson Trail.
* Domestic disturbance was reported in 1400 block of North Farmington Road.
* Domestic disturbance was reported in 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Peace disturbance was reported in 100 block of Court Street.
* A suspicious person was reported in the area of South Missouri and West Main streets.
* A suspicious person was reported in the 800 block of Strawberry Lane.
* A suspicious person was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.
