  • Katie M. Taylor, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended, being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to maintain insurance.
  • Thomas J. Sheppard III, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended and on a Scott County warrant.

  • Kim K. Martin, 61, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
  • Richard W. Griggs, 51, of Fredericktown, Missouri, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
  • Jack M. Litzelfelner III, 17, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
  • Daniel W. Schaab, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
  • Susan M. Ludolph, 56, of Fredericktown, Missouri, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
